GTS-Infotel Cameroon
Incorporated in 2002, GTS-Infotel Cameroon is the first affiliate of GTS Africa.
GTS-Infotel Cameroon was granted in 2002 the first telecommunication Value-Added Services (Audiotex type) license and blocks of special numbers (shortcodes and longcodes) by the Regulator (ART) which led to the introduction of premium SMS and IVR services in Cameroon.
As of today, GTS-Infotel Cameroon provides the following solutions:
- Premium Bulk SMS: Please contact us for our commercial terms
- Premium SMS shortcodes across the 2 mobile Operators (Orange, MTN) at different premium rates starting from F50/SMS up to F550/SMS on the revenue share basis.
The revenue share to the VAS Provider for the use of a premium SMS Shortcode by subscribers is based on the corresponding gross payout from each operator to GTS-Infotel, and which varies from one operator to another one.
The commercial conditions for the provision and operation of the SMS shortcode are available on request.
- Hosted SMS Applications (SMS Contact, iSMS campaign) as an option to SMS Shortcode.
- Enterprise SMS Suite solution : integrated in the corporate Information Systems (email clients, database)
