The hosted IPBX platform or CallCenter platform can be bundled with:
- one or many DIDs (virtual numbers branded as Infotel number) for inbound call service, enabling the reception of a large number of simultaneous incoming call originated from any local fixed or mobile subscriber to the IVR/Auto-call Attendant of the company.
- call credit, for outbound call service, enabling each extension user to make external SIP calls to any fixed or mobile numbers locally or abroad on prepaid basis at affordable tariff rate.
