The GTS-SMS Contact solution is addressed to any VAS Provider wishing to integrate SMS into their existing contact channels in order to improve their customers’ relationship management and/or create interactivity with their audience, or to introduce new innovative service. It is a powerful P2P communication tool between handsets users and desktop user via Internet.
The SMS Contact solution enables the easy creation and management of the following types of services: SMS2Media (SMS Shout-out/Greeting, SMS Question & Comment, SMS Advert), SMS Helpdesk/Enquiry.
Each of the configured SMS Contact services works as follows:
- The mobile user sends a SMS-MO with the keyword of the service followed by his message to the assigned shortcode.
- In return, the user receives automatically an auto-reply notification predefined by the VAS Provider.
- All the SMS-MO messages are stored in the inbox account of the VAS Provider and can be forwarded to any URL destination.
